The thick-tailed gecko(underwoodisaurus milii) is a reptile from the species of Geckonidae. His name comes from his distinctive plump tail. His lenght is 120-140 mm.The original tail is black with seversl pale bands.When there are threatened they "bark".They feed on insects and small vertebrades.There usualy agrupate in groups to stay warmer. They live in the southern regions of Australia.

Unfortunately, there was no information about the animal in the zoo and it wasn´t posible to take a picture because it was hidden under a rock.
Exparience at the zoo:
I liked the zoo because there were a lot of animals and I learned a lot from the animals in there.There were a place for lunch, an aquarium and a gift shop, but it was closed.My favorite animal in there were the wolves.
